The process behind designing and quoting a tiny home can take some time and a commitment on both ends. If you are ready to get started with the process give me a call or send me an email and I’d be more than happy to meet with you and get the ball rolling with my designer.

After the design process we will book a spot in the schedule and prepare for the build.
A tiny home can take anywhere from 12 to 14 weeks to build from start to finish depending on size and customizations.

A finished MP customs tiny home can be built from anywhere between $35,000 to $100,000.
All our tiny homes have metal roofs and are built with premium quality materials with many options for trim, siding, interior finishes, doors and windows.

A few major factors that go into the majority of the costs are.

  • Trailer length
  • Type and quantity of Windows and Doors
  • Quality of appliances and fixtures
  • Amount of custom work
  • Type of Utility Systems (propane solar electric Etc.)
  • Some options included in our tiny homes:
    • Custom kitchen cabinets, Closet, Storage
    • Custom chopping block, Corian countertops
    • Solid hardwood or corked flooring, custom and reclaimed flooring
    • Ductless mini-split Heating and Cooling system
    • Optional solar panels and power storage
    • On demand tankless hot water
    • Radiant heated floors
    • Standard Plumbing and electrical with optional wiring for RV 30 amp or 50-amp hookup.
    • Options for off-grid living are a grey water reuse system, rain catchment, high-end composting toilet
